Charlie Williamson has practiced law in Portland and surrounding counties for over 30 years. He has served as a pro tem circuit court judge in the past. He is an AV rated lawyer & a 2006 superlawyer for Business Litigation. His law practice has been general including plaintiffs' personal injury work as well as tort defense cases. He has litigated numerous contract, construction law and lien cases. His practice includes real estate, debtor-creditor, administrative and employment law as well as some estate planning and elder abuse litigation. For four years Charlie served as a legal aid attorney and deputy director of Multnomah County Legal Aid and worked as an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein for over 25 years. He has lobbied the Oregon legislature on several pro bono matters as well as representing numerous clients in the legislative arena. He left the Kell firm in 2010 to concentrate his practice on arbitration and mediation and to pursue a general civil law practice as a sole practitioner.
